BDML Board Member Appointments
BDML Connect, the rapidly expanding Portsmouth based insurance intermediary, has made two appointments to its Board of Directors. Alan Davies, Director of Insurer Relations since January 2004, has been welcomed to the board. Alan has made significant contribution to the Insurance industry since 1963, previously working for Rubicon, RAC, Abbey National and 23 years at the AA. He is also a member of the CII council for Southampton.
David Seel, Director of Thornside, part of BDML Connect has also been appointed to the BDML Connect Board. David established Thornside in 2000 as a specialist underwriting agency exclusively involved in the Pet Healthcare market. He has over 30 years in the industry, including Director of Hogg Robinson and Gardner Mountain in the early 80’s, and M.D. of Robert Fraser Special Risks Ltd.
The additional expertise provided by these appointments will further contribute to BDML’s growth within the industry.
