 THORNSIDE APPOINTS KEY ACCOUNT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Thornside, the pet insurance division of Capita Insurance Services today announces it has appointed Mark Outing as its new key account relationship manager. Mark will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Thornside’s key clients, developing established relationships and maintaining regular dialogue to ensure they continue to receive an efficient and relevant service.
With a strong background in corporate client liaison and relationship building, Mark’s first task will be to familiarise himself with his new client portfolio and to establish relationships which will be key to Thornside’s development as a business. His role will involve advising and developing solutions for improving existing partnerships, maintaining constant communication with key stakeholders and managing new and existing contract implementations.

This is why Mark’s appointment is key to our business strategy and we have every confidence in his ability to help us meet the needs of our partners and customers.”
Prior to joining Thornside, Mark worked as business director for AG Property & Management. He also worked in a number of roles at Zurich Financial Services for seven years, including business performance analyst and partnership development controller.
